Oriental Pearl: A Premier Destination for Asian Fusion Cuisine in West Chester

Oriental Pearl has tasty food that comes out fresh and quick.  On our first few visits our server was Maria and she helped us choose from the menu with recommendations that did not disappoint.  My wife and I usually order the hot and sour and/or wonton soup, the garlic chicken, basil beef and fried rice.  The Dragon and Phoenix chef’s special is also very good.   We have ordered take out twice and both times every item asked for was in the bag – which is not always the case with take out. The restaurant is set in a strip mall and the interior is clean and well-lit with comfortable booths and ambient music playing in the background. My wife and I have enjoyed many meals here.   If you haven’t tried it yet, this place might become your favorite local asian restaurant, too.

Excellent food at terrific prices! We had the mango chicken and General tsos lunch special and my daughter also ordered crispy fried rice spicy tuna and I got a tuna, shrimp, and spicy tuna roll. So good! And we have plenty to take home for dinner.

Out doing errands today and the next thing you know it's lunch time. Decided I would take a chance and order take out without pre-ordering. Oriental Pearl packed me up, took my money in a very short amount of time. My lunch was still very hot when I got home and I have to say the Beef Lo Mein lunch special was outstanding. My parents and family have been long time customers of this establishment. For more than 20 years, oriental pearl has delivered on every front. The food is delicious, service is excellent, and the management is on point. Karen, the owner is absolutely amazing and Johnny is excellent My parents, Richard and Judy Jurgan love this restaurant and loved the people that work there. We cannot thank them enough for the excellent meals and wonderful times they have brought to our family, Time and time again without fail. 10 out of 10 every time

Absolutely delicious, they have very nice food options and variety which other comparable places to not offer. The workers were friendly, prices fair and nicely renovated/clean! Pleasantly surprised! Food was fresh, and well prepared, with nice portions. Glad to see them rebounding well after the unfortunate fire. Definitely will return and highly recommend!

Typical suburban Chinese restaurant. Decent food and service if you don't feel like driving to Chinatown in the city. Been there multiple times over the years with family and they are consistent in what they served. Nothing exotic or authentic, just the good old American Chinese dishes. Would go there again when we are craving for chinese. 11/2021: Finally they reopened for dine in and we were not disappointed. The food was much better prepared than the takeout only during the past 9 months. Might be they have a new chef. All our dishes were comparable to real Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. However, the service was okay probably because they were understaffed. The menu prices were about the same as before unlike many other restaurants that have either increased their prices or reduced portion sizes.

Oriental Pearl is a solid, no-frills restaurant that delivers what you’d expect from a neighborhood spot. The food is consistent—you usually know exactly what you’re going to get, and the flavors don’t change much from visit to visit. It’s not overly fancy or adventurous, but that’s part of the appeal if you’re looking for a reliable takeout or dine-in option.

Family run restaurant always best in service food is great variety of dishes are served here Lunch menu is best. Service is very fast and staff is very efficient. You can make changes in dish as per your test and chef will do it for you. Have been visiting this place with family for last 9 years. It’s still the same , well kept and wonderful food.
